01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 99jili01 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 99jili01 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 99jili01 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 99jili01 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 99jili01, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 99jili01 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on 99jili01. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99jili01 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99jili01 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: 99jili01 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

99jili01 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 99jili01 is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 99jili01 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 99jili01 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

99jili01 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 99jili01 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 99jili01 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on 99jili01, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on 99jili01 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99jili01 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 99jili01 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 99jili01 platform without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99jili01 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the availability of the 99jili01 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the platform.

The total aggregate liability of 99jili01 to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

99jili01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12 Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter on 99jili01, you must contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our support team will investigate and respond to your complaint within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our designated complaints officer by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 15. We will endeavor to resolve all escalated complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 99jili01's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments

99jili01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 99jili01 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
